Today Fonolo experienced a temporary queuing issue between 11:00-11:30 AM and 2:00-2:30 PM EST that may have affected call-backs on all platforms. This may have been experienced as call-backs being delayed on queuing or multiple call-backs starting for the same opt-in.

Fonolo has resolved the issue and has confirmed that all services on the Fonolo platform are working normally. Any duplicated call-backs holding in queue were removed by Fonolo and licenses will be adjusted to remove any affected calls.
